Cafe Soya IICafe Soya did so well in the Arcadian Centre. it set this bigger and posher version a short distance away. It has refurbished the original venue (see spearate review) but if you fancy a bigger. modern place. still cafe in style but with a bar. this is the CS for you. The food is still pretty good. covering mainly Vietnamese and Chinese bases. and it's still cheap. if not quite as cheap as it used to be.
