Carters Restaurant

Carters of Moseley, Birmingham is one to watch. Chef Patron Brad Carter is a young keen chef, who is both passionate about food and his home town of Birmingham. Sourcing much of his restaurant 'ingredients' - including cutlery, crockery and even their 'High-Tea' set for Saturday afternoons, all from local suppliers.

Brad's focus is on classic creations with a modern twist – from Scottish beef to Cornish fish. Sourcing  vegetables as locally as possible and fruit from the regions counties.

Partner Holly helps makes your experience a delight at all levels -with effortless friendly service - nothing is too much trouble. Well worth a visit, before the waiting list to get in is too long!
