Cielo Spacious and impressively stylish, Cielo is a welcome addition to Brum's restaurant scene and is already making friends. The pal I took along to the review meal went back three times within a month! The food is billed as Italian/Mediterranean which allows for a catchall but appealing mix of risottos, pastas, charcuterie, calves' liver, fish etc.It's pretty decent stuff with a rich squash, chorizo. chestnut and sage risotto and fried seabass with spinach both winning plaudits at a very favourable inspection meal.See the original Birmingham Post review in full in the archive section.
