College of FoodThe young catering students at this busy and highly-regarded college (it also teaches tourism and creative studies) get to try out their stuff in three eateries - the Atrium restaurant. the Brasserie and the Cap and Gown "pub". Careful supervision is on hand at all times and the food is an absolute bargain - whether it's the grand fare of the Atrium restaurant with its French aspirations and comfy sofas. the no-nonsense bargain lunches of the Brasserie or the pub grub up on the seventh floor.
