Sometimes. a grabbed snack is no way to break up a day's serious shopping. Sometimes. you need a quiet. refined space to recharge or meet up with friends or colleagues.

 The chic. contemporary surroundings of Cafe Zest provide a perfect escape. The entrance into this hidden haven is cafe-style with small. pale wood tables. but the restaurant proper is the full monty - rich blue walls and red. sumptuous yet modern seating.

 These are rather formal yet comfortable surroundings and the menu offers the same sort of easy. classic style. Dishes change regularly but the warmer months. for instance. would typically see a wide range of salads predominating (we're in perfect ladies-who-lunch territory). Poached salmon. tuna and white bean and polenta with roast veg could be among the many options.
