Malmaison One of the most impressive places in the Mailbox. the Malmaison Hotel simply oozes style and quality.  Everything looks the part too. The bar is fantastic and the brasserie is just the last word in gorgeousness. Even the background music is great. The more sensitive among you may weep.  The menu doesn't put a foot wrong either with dishes that balance upmarket ingredients with comfort value. Whether it's risotto with pumpkin and sage. great burgers. good veggie options. this food succeeds because it links seasonality with quality and keeps it simple.  Comforting yet stylish too.
