Prana is a mega-stylish haunt right next door to the Mailbox and perfectly placed for the Alexandra and Hippodrome theatres.

The feel. with its dramatic red and black decor and low lighting. is swanky nightclub but it is distinctly aspirational when it comes to the food served at its many tables.

Whether it's Sevruga caviar followed by grilled lobster knocked back with a glass of one of the many champagnes on offer. this is certainly a place where you can push the boat out when needed but there's also lots of more comforting (though equally high quality) fare on offer. from pork belly pot roast to homemade Cumberland sausage and mash.

The restaurant is currently (September 06) undergoing a major refurbishment and will reopen on October 1 with a new head chef and menu.
