A good variety of sushi and sashimi is available - either at the famous conveyor belt or at the teppan-yaki tables. Although fish is the star of the show. the menu also offers lots of choice away from the sea too. including meat dishes and vegetable tempura. But this is a fish-eater's heaven. with king prawns with garlic and plum wine and salmon with butter and soya sauce both particular favourites.
