Welcome to Edmunds Restaurant, Brindleyplace
Edmunds Restaurant is set in stylish Brindleyplace, Birmingham's capital of culture, boasting water fountains, cafés, hotels, art galleries and of course fantastic restaurants.
Family run by Chef Patron Andy Waters, ably assisted by wife Beverley and their dedicated team, Edmunds provides a relaxed and refreshing approach to fine dining. The 40 seater restaurant offers a secluded escape from the daily rush or an evenings' indulgence with friends, family, loved ones and colleagues.
Dishes are created using some of the Midlands finest seasonal ingredients, as well as those further afield, inspired by classical French methods served simply, but effectively – pushing the boundaries each day to delivery an effortless experience, for every customer.
"Edmunds" is named after Andy's late father who encouraged & supported him throughout his career. Since the move from Henley in Arden, where Edmunds was previously located, the team have enjoyed a renaissance of creativity and inspiration; we hope that you will enjoy the results. Edmunds will happily cater for any personal requests including dietary requirements, a favourite table, wine or even a private booking - a dedicated vegetarian menu is available for all to enjoy.
