Set in the picturesque village of Hinstock, The falcon has been a traditional Inn for over 200 years, offering weary travellers a welcomed rest, refuel, and not to mention entertainment for many years.
Local chef Paul Halmshaw and popular village resident Manager Ben Freakley are bringing local food back to Hinstock.
