Husband and wife team Emma and Nick took over the Peak Weavers in 1999 and set about restoring the property to its former glory. The AA rosette awarded restaurant under Emmas guidance strives to use local produce throughout the menu and has been awarded the Peak District Cuisine Iniative in recognition of its support for local produce.
