Colwall Park Hotel   Colwall Park and Seasons Restaurant is a special venue. The backdrop - genteel. Daily Telegraph country hotel - is rather staid and the service is decidedly unhurried but it's all worth it for the fine fare. Quality counts here. whether it's an excellent 'pressing of marinated vegetables'. delicious crispy wild seabass or superb 'assiette of Ryeland lamb'. The journey is stunningly scenic too.
