Its popularity is long-lived and understandable. With its quality food (it has a Michelin Bib Gourmand) and vibrant. lively atmosphere. the Metro feels like the place to be. It's busy most of the time with a menu that gets an overhaul every four months. The dishes suggest a riot of flavours but the balancing act is a precision one with few things out of kilter.
