MalbecIt's high time Stratford had a restaurant as good as this. Excellent chef Simon Malin and his wife Rebecca have taken on what used to be Restaurant Margaux and are aiming for the stars. This is seriously high-minded food. well-conceived and beautifully executed. But the culinary ambition does not make for an overly-formal restaurant. This little place manages to combine understated style with comfort and a relaxed atmosphere. Service is knowledgeable. friendly and obliging and the prices are great too.
