FindonsChef-patron Michael Findon' eponymous restaurant is in a superb 18th century townhouse tucked away in a splendid square by the church in the centre of this lovely town. It's fine dining but all is relaxed class. mellow and friendly. The cooking is modern in outlook but solidly grounded in technique and labour intensiveness. A lot of care goes on here and it's clear both in presentation and the scope of the menu. Food: Traditional Not ![]() |
