The 90-cover Glasshouse is an airy. spacious. thoroughly modern haunt and the food is more straightforward brasserie fare. intended for relaxed. easy dining. It's the sort of place that's perfect just to pop in to. although with Shaun Hill's reputation as one of the country's top chefs. it's far more advisable to book. An inspection meal just two weeks after the opening was a little marred by a couple of silly teething troubles but failed to dent the impression that this is overall an excellent place which will soar as it finds its feet.
