April Local Produce from Hadley Park Hotel

This April, Hadley Park House Hotel and Dorrells Restaurant in Shropshire kicks off the celebrations for a memorable year for Britain with the first of its Best of British special events.

The events will highlight some of the best and most traditional flavours in our local larder and menus will be given a Best of British theme.

Throughout April Food Hero Martyn Rowley from Shropshire’s Buttercross Farm will be “flavour of the month” as pork is given a special billing.
On Friday 20 April a special celebration meat medley dinner will feature some of the finest pork products available in England.

The plan includes a celebration of great cheeses in September to tie-in with British Food Fortnight, and the spotlight turns to game in November.

Head Chef, Mark Harris is a classically trained British chef who believes in making the most of the local produce which is now readily available within a small radius the hotel.
